Cancellation & Refund Policy

Service Cancellations

• Individual sessions cancelled at least 24 hours in advance may be rescheduled.

• Sessions cancelled within 24 hours are considered used.

Refunds

• Payments for plans (12 or 36 sessions) are non-refundable once purchased.

• Refunds are not provided for unused or expired sessions.

Trainer Cancellations

• If a trainer is unavailable, BookMyCoach.Fit will provide a replacement or reschedule at no extra cost.

Exceptional Cases

• Refunds may only be considered in exceptional circumstances at the sole discretion of BookMyCoach.Fit.
